We use a theatre based ticketing system so it will default to two adults. If you need a single adult ticket then please do drop Sam an email on magicalleystratford@gmail.com and she will be able to help.
Please make sure you let her know the time and date you want to book
If you don’t contact Sam IN ADVANCE of booking and instead book two adults unfortunately it is not possible for one of these to be subsequently transferred to a child. The only option would be to email Sam with the new time you wish to book and she will send you the correct link and once the new slot is booked she will refund the original booking (minus the booking fee which is non refundable).
If you do not change the booking then the child registered as a adult will not get a quest to complete and will receive an adults present so it is really important to contact Sam BEFORE you book.
