Groups of more than 6 people

In 2026 there is a maximum group size of 12 people for the Grotto session and a maximum of 8 for the Crime solving sessions.

If you have a group of more than 6 people it is possible to book back to back slots in order to accommodate the whole party.

For example of you have a group of 7 there are two options – reduce the group to 6 people (although not ideal) or book two slots of 4 back to back and bring an additional person to bring the number to 8 to be most cost effective). It is not possible unfortunately to add additional single tickets as that would change the group from requiring one time slot to two time slots and this is often not possible unfortunately.

For a group of 10 for example you would book one 6 and one 4 next to each other.

For a group of 12 you would book 2 groups of 6 next to each other

Please note

If you book for more than the maximum ie 2 groups of 6 back to back for a crime solving session it may not be possible to go around together due to the room sizes.
