In 2025 there is a maximum group size of 10 people
If you have a group of more than 6 people it is possible to book back to back slots in order to accommodate the whole party.
Depending on the total number in the group it may not be possible to all see Father Christmas at the same time due to the size of the room. However we will do our best to accommodate the group as much as we can.
We may suggest a particular plan for how the group is managed and Sam will do this with individual groups by email
If you have a group with more than 4 children it is likely that at the end of the session the quests will not be individually marked but instead we are going to focus on a group discussion of who makes it onto the nice list in order to make it less protracted and a lot more fun.
