The experience lasts approximately an hour to an hour and a half for the over 6 experience and the session for older children
The Introduction to Father Christmas session takes approximately 30 minutes as it is very much a meet and greet session.
Unfortunately there are no customer toilets. There are however public toilets in Bell Court located next to the Everyman Cinema
Yes. We have a lift to the first floor. Please highlight any accessibility issues you have when you book the tickets in the box provided – thank you

Yes you can as long as there is at least one child over 6 to session s up to a certain time. After 5pm at weekends the sessions are for children over 6 only. This applies from 5.45 on weekdays
Yes you can but please note there is a minimum of 3 tickets per booking now we have reduced the number of slots
Please see the information on the carer page. Tickts are not free but they are reduced.
You can take photos but we ask that you don’t take video. Please do not film your visit to Father Christmas.
If you are caught filming we will have to ask you to leave unfortunately

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before you time slot. There will be time to look around the shop afterwards. If you arrive earlier we are likely to ask you to go for a walk and come back to prevent children feeling like they are waiting from the minute they enter the building.
If you arrive just before the session the queuing to enter the attraction should be minimised
If you arrive late admittance cannot be guaranteed. Anyone more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted entry. If you are running late please call the shop on 01789 290969 and we will do our best to make arrangements but these cannot be guaranteed. If you do not call us you will not be permitted entry unfortunately and this will cause disappointment and no refunds will be given. You are unlikely to be permitted entry if you are late for the last slot before lunch or before the afternoon tea break
If you arrive 5 minutes later than the last slot of the day you will not be permitted entry and no refund will be offered.

Yes all presents are age appropriate
Adult presents may take the adult back to their childhood however!
We do not give children edible presents
Yes the do in the over 6, Quest 3 to 7 and SEN sessions. Adults do not receive a present in the session aimed at those 5 and under
This will depend on the type of session you are interested in but the maximum ticket price is £21.50 but this ticket does include a £10 present voucher

The attraction cannot accommodate pushchairs so we advise against bringing one but if you need to bring one it can be left downstairs
In advance of the booking this may be possible depending on how many tickets you initially purchase. The maximum group size in one slot is 6 so it may not be possible to increase the number of tickets to more than 6. Please email Sam for advice on magicalleystratford@gmail.com
While dogs are always welcome in the shop unfortunately it is not possible tot take them into the attraction. This is a safeguarding issue as we are unable to get reassurance that the new snow we use is non toxic if ingested by dogs. We are unwilling to take the risk that a dog could become unwell.
Yes you can bring a baby but please note that babies are not permitted in slots which do not permit children under 6
If for any reason the event is unable to go ahead refunds would be issued automatically and there will be no need to contact us as it is an automatic process.
If this event can go ahead tickets will not be refundable UNLESS Refund Protection is purchased at the time of booking. Please note this cannot be added onto a booking after the event so please do take care to add it during the checkout process. Please note that we sell the time slot so if someone is unable to attend then we are unable to offer partial refunds.
If there is still availability (we are not sold out) please get in touch with Sam on magicalleystratford@gmail.com it may be possible to exchange your tickets provided there is at least 48 hours before your allocated time slot. If we have sold out then unfortunately exchanges are no longer possible.
If you choose to exchange your tickets out of preference rather than necessity or if the ticket price of the dates is different you will need to buy new tickets and let Sam know the booking reference and she will refund the original booking (minus the booking fee which Ticketsource do not refund)
Unfortunately tickets are non transferable and may not be gifted. If you can no longer attend please contact Sam for advice on magicalleystratford@gmail.com
