If you cannot see the time you wanted on a particular day it may be that it is has now sold out.

It is not possible to refund tickets which are booked in error so please get in touch beforehand if you have any questions

Please note you can choose different quests for different children within the same booking and still all go round together. There is no problem if all children have different age quests. Please choose whichever level is right for your child when you checkout.
You can bring a baby with you to any of the sessions we offer which are suitable for children under 6
Please note dogs are not permitted entry at Christmas as have been unable to get a complete assurance that the snow we use is not toxic to dogs. Therefore from an abundance of caution, as animals lovers, we have decided to err on the side of caution and safeguard any dogs.
