Important Booking Information
• Tickets are sold per private time slot (maximum up to 4 or 6 guests).
• All guests, including babies and carers, count towards the group total.
• Group capacity cannot be exceeded.
• To upgrade from 4 to 6 guests, please contact us in advance of your visit on magicalleystratford@gmail.com
Choosing the Right Session
• Meet Father Christmas – Maximum age 5
• Classic Grotto – Maximum age 12 (Under 3s before 6pm only)
• The Curious Case of the Christmas Crumbs – Minimum age 7
• A Very Crimson Christmas – Minimum age 10
If your group only includes children under 3, we strongly recommend booking the Under 5 session. In The Classic Grotto, children under 3 are allocated a present and do not take part in the “choose your own” element due to legal requirements.
Important Timing Information
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booked time. There is no waiting area and early arrivals may be asked to return closer to their slot.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, entry cannot be guaranteed. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and no refund will be offered.
If you are running late, please call us immediately on 01789 638824. We will always try to assist, but due to the structured nature of the experience, this cannot be guaranteed.
Late arrival to the final session before lunch, afternoon break or the last slot of the day will result in refused entry.
