Suspicious crumbs have been discovered at the North Pole… and nobody is taking responsibility.
A festive treat has mysteriously vanished, the workshop is in gentle chaos, and several elves have been spotted near the scene of the crime looking extremely unconvincing. Even Father Christmas has found himself on the suspect list — although he insists he has an alibi involving reindeer and a mince pie.
With accusations flying and evidence scattered across the workshop, detectives are urgently required.
As visiting investigators, you’ll examine clues, question suspects, and piece together what really happened. Your mission will take you across two floors of festive mischief as you narrow down the suspects and uncover the truth behind the mysterious crumbs.

Children may select a gift from the grotto display, or use their £10 gift value towards a larger item in our shop and pay the difference. Accompanying adults will receive a small token gift.
Important Information
– This experience is strictly for children aged 7 and over, as participants will be solving a crime, following clues and moving between two floors.
– Younger children, including siblings, cannot attend this event. Our Under 5 and Classic Grotto sessions are more suitable for younger guests.
– The experience takes place over two floors and requires the use of stairs. There is no lift access.
– The snow room forms part of this experience. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times within this area.
– All guests must be included within the selected group size.
