The Classic Christmas Grotto – Ages 3 to 12
A traditional Christmas experience with an extra touch of magic.
Our Classic Grotto is designed for children aged 3 to 12 and offers a warm, immersive visit with Father Christmas in a beautifully festive setting.
Each booking is a private group session for up to 4 or 6 guests, allowing your family to enjoy the moment together in a relaxed and unhurried environment.
During your visit, children will:
Meet Father Christmas and share their Christmas wishes
Spend time in our magical snow room
Capture festive photographs with family
Choose their own gift from a selection of presents
Children may select a gift from the grotto display, or use their £10 gift value towards a larger item in our shop and simply pay the difference.
Accompanying adults will receive a small token gift.

Important Information
– This session is designed for children aged 3 to 12.
– Children under 3 may attend alongside older siblings; however, this session is not designed for under 3s attending alone. Very young children will receive an allocated gift rather than choosing from the grotto selection, and gift values differ from those available to older children.
– Children over the age of 12 cannot attend this experience, as it is designed to remain age-appropriate for younger guests.
– The snow room forms part of this experience. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times within this area.
– If your child has additional needs, this is generally the most suitable of our Christmas sessions. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
– All guests must be included within the selected group size.
