In this darker Christmas experience, you will step into a fully immersive murder investigation set within the Crimson Chamber. Moving between two floors, you will examine evidence, question suspects, and piece together what really happened.
There is no Father Christmas in this story.
Instead, you will need sharp instincts, careful observation, and a willingness to follow the clues wherever they lead.
If you successfully solve the case, children may choose their own present from the grotto selection or use their £10 gift value towards a larger item in our shop and pay the difference. Adults will receive a gift in this session.

– The experience takes place over two floors and requires the use of stairs. There is no lift access.
– The snow room forms part of this experience. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children at all times within this area.
