Groups of more than 6 people

In 2026 there is a maximum group size of 10 people for the Grotto session and a maximum of 8 for the Crime solving sessions.

If you have a group of more than 6 people it is possible to book back to back slots in order to accommodate the whole party.

For example, if you have a group of 7 there are two options – reduce the group to 6 people (although not ideal) or book two slots of 4 back to back and bring an additional person to bring the number to 8 to be most cost effective. It is unfortunately not possible to add additional single tickets, as that would change the group from requiring one time slot to two time slots.

For a group of 10 for example you would book one 6 and one 4 next to each other. This only applies to The Classic Grotto

The maximum group size for our crime-solving experiences is 8 people. Groups larger than this cannot take part in the experience together unfortunately.

If you are visiting as part of a larger party, you may book separate time slots where availability allows, but each booking will be treated as a separate group and will undertake the experience independently.

Groups cannot be combined, even where consecutive time slots have been booked.
