Prices

All tickets are sold per time slot and admit up to the maximum number stated (4 or 6 guests). The time slot is reserved exclusively for your group, regardless of how many guests attend. Unused spaces within your group ticket cannot be refunded.

All guests, including babies and carers, are included within the group total for safety and capacity reasons.

For example: if your group consists of 5 people, a ticket for up to 6 guests will be required. Group capacities cannot be exceeded and we are unable to add additional guests beyond the stated maximum.

Upgrading from 4 to 6 Guests

If your group increases from 4 to 5 or 6 guests, please contact us in advance to arrange an upgrade (subject to availability within your booked time slot).

Upgrades increase your group capacity to a maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests cannot be accommodated on arrival without a confirmed upgrade.
