If you cannot see the time you wanted on a particular day it may be that it is has now sold out.
As you will have read elsewhere if you need to book more than 6 people or you need a carer ticket for a non SEN session you will need contact Sam on magicalleystratford@gmail.com IN ADVANCE OF BOOKING
It is not possible to refund tickets which are booked in error so please get in touch beforehand if you have any questions

Tickets are the higher price in December
Please note you can choose different quests for different children within the same booking and still all go round together. There is no problem if all children have different age quests. Please choose whichever level is right for your child when you checkout.
You can bring a baby with you to any of the sessions we offer which are suitable for children under 6
Please note dogs are not permitted entry at Christmas as have been unable to get a complete assurance that the snow we use is not toxic to dogs. Therefore from an abundance of caution, as animals lovers, we have decided to err on the side of caution and safeguard any dogs.
Please Note there is a minimum of 3 tickets per time slot at weekends, holidays and Fridays due to the reduced capacity. It is still possible to book 2 tickets as a minimum on weekday evenings
This does not apply to An Introduction to Father Christmas where all tickets are group tickets
We may release another Introduction session for children under 5 if there is demand but not until the existing dates have less availability
